Recommended intake
Suggested Use: Massage 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon of cream into hands and body twice daily. Individual needs may vary. This cream may be used on a daily basis. For best results phytoestrogens may be used in conjunction with Pro-Gest® Original Formula.
