Anelody Tice is a Nationally Certified Licensed Massage Practitioner as well as a Mat Pilates and Yoga Instructor. She graduated from The Brian Utting School of Massage in Seattle, WA. Her education focused on Deep Tissue and Injury Treatment, as well as extensive training in anatomy and physiology. She has experience working with athletes, pregnancy, fibromyalgia, and clients of all ages providing massage for relaxation, stress reduction and injury treatment.

Mary Hejnal, LICSW, has a Master of Social Work from the University of Washington and is licensed in the state of Washington as a Clinical Social Worker. Her education and professional training focuses on loss, grief, life transitions, trauma, pregnancy loss, post-partum adjustment and depression, anxiety and related issues. Mary currently works at Evergreen Hospice as the Bereavement Specialist, providing education and support to individuals, families and the community.

Hypnotherapy sessions are offered by Tracie R. Hiemstra, PhD, Certified Hypnotherapist.
Dr. Tracie is certified by the International Medical and Dental Hypnotherapy Association (IMDHA) and the National Guild of Hypnotists (NGH) as a Certified Hypnotherapist (CtHt). She obtained her undergraduate degree in Speech Communication from the University of Washington; her MS in Psychology and PhD in Hypnotherapy from LaSalle University.
